Information You Share

Our inquiry form asks for your names, email, optional phone number, preferred date, estimated guest count, destination, package interest, and the details you choose to share about your plans. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and discuss your elopement. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails or reserve a date.

How Inquiries Reach Us

The website sends inquiries through Resend to contact@vineandvowelopements.com. Resend processes the message and delivery information, and our email provider processes the email in our business inbox. See Resend's privacy policy for information about its services. We do not save submissions to a separate website database.

Email Correspondence

Email correspondence may be retained as part of responding to your inquiry and providing booked services. Do not include payment-card numbers or identity documents in an initial inquiry. For questions about your information or to request its deletion, contact Melanie Dennis at contact@vineandvowelopements.com or (423) 354-6986. We will review requests in light of any applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Website Delivery

The site is hosted on Vercel. Technical request information, such as an IP address and browser information, may be processed to deliver and protect the website. See Vercel's privacy policy for information about its services. This website currently has no Google Analytics or advertising pixels installed.

Spam Prevention

The form uses validation, a spam-detection field, duplicate-send protection, and temporary request limits. A hashed network address may be held temporarily in server memory for abuse prevention. It is not included in the inquiry email.
